The online shop uses the "supermarket" analogy, all products and services remain on the "shelf" for you to browse and look at. When you have decided you want a product or service you simply place it into your shopping "basket" by using the add to basket icon,   When you have all the products and services that you require you simply proceed to the "checkout" to pay for all items you have placed in your shopping basket. You have total control to delete items from you shopping basket and to change quantities before making final payment, just the same as at the supermarket!

When you see this icon it means you can click on it to add the product or service to your shopping basket.

When you see this icon you can click on it to view the current contents of your shopping basket.

When you click on this icon details of the product or service will be held in the "Favourites" section of The Remedy Shop. In the favourites section you can email friends to tell them about the product or service.

You will see this icon in the bottom left hand corner of The Remedy Shop web site. When you click on it you will be able to change the currency, by default prices are displayed in UK Pounds (£) and Euros.

When you have finished shopping it is best to check the items in your "Basket" by clicking on a icon or by clicking on the "Basket" menu item in the top menu bar. Check your basket to ensure you are happy with the products and services you are about to order.

Then proceed to the "Checkout", the link is on the top menu bar. From there select the order priority you require in the "Shipping Method" menu box.

Read the Terms and Conditions and then check the tick box to confirm that you have agreed to the Terms and conditions before you make payment.

Then select the method of payment you wish to use, please note that all order details are checked online by secure server, you will see in the bottom (usually) right hand corner of your browser a locked lock icon to indicate that the information is encrypted and being processed by a secure server so that none of the information can be gleaned by any third parties.

Follow the instructions to complete payment. If your order was successful and you entered correct details you will reach an order confirmation page. An email confirmation will follow shortly there after.

If you have "cookies" enabled in your web browser settings then the next time you order from The Remedy Shop many of the details you entered last time around will default into the order boxes.
